The project was part of the Western Moscow transport infrastructure development program and was implemented under the framework government contract between the Moscow City Construction Department and Mostotrest, signed in October 2012.
During this stage Mostotrest built a three-level traffic interchange at the intersection of the Northwest Throughway (NWT) with Aminyevskoye Avenue: a six-lane main road flyover with a length of 700 m and pillar height of more than 20 m, with four exits (including a right turn exit from Aminyevskoe Avenue to NWT (towards General Dorokhov Street)).
In addition, Mostotrest built an eight-lane crossover with a length of more than 600 m and a height of more than 20 m, including two exits from NWT to Mosfilmovskaya Street, at the intersection of NWT with the Moscow Railroad.
